Works really well.The aromatherapy part was broken off and unable to reattach. Super disappointed with that. It’s obviously an important part of this machine and not usable now.Pretty much self explanatory. Love how basic and simple all the controls are.Not worth it at all. Didn’t work consistently and quit working completely before a year rolled around. Customer service when trying to resolve the issue was also awful. Unresponsive the majority of the time, and quite rude when trying to ask questions to see if there is a way to fix it rather than having to find a more complicated solution. Not helpful at all, and not worth the money.okay so I was a little bit nervous ordering this product because some of the bad reviews were all saying the same thing. when I got my machine it did do the same thing those review said so I was super upset. I put in a request for a return and they sent me a message on things to try before I tried to return it. I really love the look of the machine and obviously the price point is awesome so I really wanted this to work! I tried it exactly what they said and now it works perfectly! I guess when you get the machine sometimes it beeps non-stop while it's because when you put the distilled water in its not detecting the water because the water so pure it needs to be able to detect the electrolytes in the water so when you first get it you need to put tap water with a little bit of salt in it, not every time but for the first few times since it's new. After I did that my machine works beautifully! the design is awesome and it's quiet I definitely recommend this machine especially at its price point!worked for 2 uses and then the steam stopped working.I loved this steamer but it stopped working after 6 months.
