This is an amazing facial steamer; I've utilized for 50 yrs and it's an essential tool. This one meets my approval. I like the fact I can lay down versus sitting upright. I misplaced the felt pad whereas you can add aroma scents. But contacting customer service was Quality. She took care of the situation, QUICKLY and so very PLEASANT about it.I recommended they include a couple of felts if the customer chooses to add aroma therapy to their facial rejuvenation.
